A trip down memory lane at the Druid exhibition

To celebrate the opening of the renovated Druid Lane Theatre, Druid will present a photographic exhibition in Artisan Restaurant, Quay Street, during the Galway Arts Festival.

The exhibition will feature photographs of Druid’s most memorable productions over the past 34 years including Bailegangaire by Tom Murphy, The Beauty Queen Of Leenane by Martin McDonagh, DruidSynge, The Walworth Farce by Enda Walsh, as well as a selection of images from the company’s early years.

The photographs will be on view throughout the festival in Artisan from 12 noon to 11pm and will also run after the festival for a limited period. For the duration of the festival Artisan will serve until the later time of 11pm. It is also offering a special pre-theatre menu between 6pm and 7pm.
