Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre joins the International House World Organisation

International House World Organisation (IH World ) has announced the addition of Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre to its International Network of Schools.

IH Galway Language Centre, also known as Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre, has been providing English language programmes for international students since 1987 and teacher training programmes since 1989.

“IH Galway Language Centre stands out in the industry for their dedication to academic excellence and achievement, as well as their commitment to Erasmus projects,” remarked Emma Hoyle, managing director of International House. “This quality, matched with the support from their team and the school’s friendly atmosphere, make it a top study abroad choice.”

Patrick Creed, director of IH Galway Language Centre, says that he has always promoted training and academic excellence with his staff and wants them to contribute to and learn from the IH network. He added: “As a small school in the west of Ireland, we have always reached out to others to learn more and improve ourselves and that outward-looking approach will be what we want to continue into the future.”

IH Galway Language Centre teaches mostly adult learners of English but also some junior groups. The courses it offers include general English, exam preparation, business English, short-term junior groups, and it is also a teacher training centre.

The school has been a teacher training centre for 27 years and recently became a Cambridge CELTA provider. The next TEFL teacher training courses start full time on February 10, and part time options begin on January 30. IH Galway Language Centre also provides Cambridge examinations on-site and in schools throughout western Ireland. For more information see www.galwaylanguage.com
