Kilnadeema Leitrim GAA have launched a ‘win a car ’ fundraiser to develop their club facilities.

The lucky winner will win a new Volkswagen Golf in association with Al Hayes Motors and Paul Byrnes Media. Tickets are on sale now with all proceeds going towards the costs of their new development. “This is an exciting time for the club as we develop our facilities,” says Kevin Boyle, Kilnadeema Leitrim GAA chairman.

“It costs a lot of money to build so everything raised from this fundraiser will go a long way towards the cost of the new structure. The development will benefit all including Shamrocks Camogie teams who also use the facilities here. Indeed, the community as a whole will benefit from this new project including future generations to come.”

The new building which has already started, includes new dressing rooms, meeting rooms and viewing area. The plan is to complete all by mid-summer this year.

Former Galway senior hurler Brian Molloy, who plays for Kilnadeema Leitrim added: “If you want to compete with the best, you need the best in club facilities and that’s what we’re hoping for with this new project. We hope everybody will get behind the fundraiser and be in with a chance to win a superb new car.”

Tickets are €20 or three for €50 and available now to buy on all Kilnadeema Leitrim’s social media pages, from the players and in local businesses. When you buy a ticket, you will also be automatically entered into a bonus draw for lots of great prizes including tickets to Ed Sheeran in April at Croke Park, a signed Galway GAA football and hurling jersey, and a holiday at the luxurious Iveagh Garden Hotel in Dublin plus lots more.
