Good company, good food, good music, and no stress.

All the women (especially ) and men who spoke out and stood out in history so that I can have the opportunities and freedom I have today.

Which living person do you most admire?

My parents.

Which is the trait you most deplore in yourself?

I am an overthinker and can be very hard on myself.

What is your greatest extravagance?

Clothes.

What is your favourite journey?

The journey home from work.

On what occasion do you lie?

To protect someone I love or to protect someone's feelings

People who are ignorant and rude.

What or who is the greatest love of your life?

My fiancée James and my dog Peigí

When and where were you happiest?

When surrounded by my family in Indreabhan in Galway.

Which talent would you most like to have?

To be able to do gymnastics.

What is your current state of mind?

Restless.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Completing my masters in social work.

If you were to die and come back as a person or a thing, what do you think it would be?

I'd like to say a cute friendly dog but I would definitely come back as a cat who likes to be left alone!

What is your most treasured possession?

My engagement ring and my mamó's ring that is made from a pound piece.

What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?

Being stuck in a job you don't like.

What is your favourite occupation?

A chef.

Kindness and a good sense of humour.

Kindness and a good sense of humour.

Unfortunately I am not a big reader!
