Gardaí appeal for witnesses to road traffic collisions

Collisions took place on Bothar na dTreabh, Kiltartan, and on the N18

Gardaí in Galway are investigating a three vehicle road traffic collision the occurred shortly after 11am on Friday December 10 on the Bothar na dTreabh, connecting the Tuam Road and the Headford Road.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was travelling in the area at the time and witnessed the collision or anyone with camera and/or dash-cam footage to make contact with investigating gardaí. They are asking anyone with any information to contract Galway Garda Station on 091-538000 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.

Gardaí at Gort Garda Station are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision on Tuesday December 7. The two vehicle collision took place at on the N18 at Ballyloughaun, Kiltartan, Gort on the main Ardrahan and Gort road approximately four kilometres from Gort shortly after 3.30pm on Tuesday December 7. Gardaí are appealing to any witnesses to the collision to please come forward.

Gardaí are also appealing to any road users who were travelling along the N18 between 3pm and 4pm on Tuesday afternoon and may have camera and/or dash-cam footage or anyone in the area with CCTV footage to make the footage available to investigating gardaí.
