Property Partners Maxwell & Heaslip build on momentum

With its most recent successes in the auction room one of Galway city’s most progressive property groups is set to build on its remarkable momentum over the summer months. Having had some great results recently, city based firm Property Partners Maxwell & Heaslip appears to be leading the way when it comes to auction results and is now launching its latest offerings to the market with four diverse types of properties.

The latest of the company’s summer auctions will see four completely different types of property go under the hammer in what director Alan Maxwell promises to be an engaging event. “All the properties which we are promoting will appeal to a range of buyers from across the spectrum. The one thing that the properties have in common is that they are very attractively priced. We have advised our vendors that if they want to sell in this turbulent market then the property they are selling must be priced keenly. Our recent results show this is the case and as long as a property offers good value then it will sell.”

The first property to go under the hammer will be No 7 Nuns Island. Built in the late 1800s, this beautiful three storey residence has been very well maintained over the years, with some lovely original features. This is evident the minute you walk into the property, with the quarry tiled hall floors and oak staircase set well back from the front door. The front living room boasts an elegant slate inlaid fireplace with tiled inserts set off by a gleaming polished brass fire hood.
