Talented locals included in Irish squads

Promising players continue to be developed in the west

A number of Galway United and Galway WFC teenagers have featured in Republic of Ireland underage camps recently.

This week promising United defender Alex Murphy, who has started four of Galway United's last five matches, trained with the Irish U18 squad.

Adam O'Halloran was involved in the international U16 suqad against Galway United U17 friendly fixture at Eamonn Deacy Park.

Galway WFC's Kate Thompson, Skye Corcoran, Eve Dossen, and Rola Olusola featured for the Irish U16s against England at the Regional Sports Centre in Waterford a fortnight ago.
