A special introductory course on mindfulness is being run in Connemara/Joyce country area next month.
Organised by the Joyce Country and Western Lakes GeoHeritage - a cross-community group collaborating in the JCWL Geopark Project - the introductory course starts on April 13, and places are limited.
The course is suitable for people from the Oughterard/ Maam Cross/Recess, Cornamona, Clonbur/C?ong, Glencorrib, Headford, Finney and Leenane areas.
