Taco Thursdays

Cook the mince with a dash of olive oil until brown, add in the seasoning mix and 100ml of water, and leave to simmer. Set the oven to gas mark 4, place the tortilla shells on a tray, and bake for roughly two to three minutes.

Now comes the fun part. Grab a toasty tortilla shell, fill with the minced beef, lettuce, tomato, salsa, refried beans, and whatever toppings your heart desires. For spice lovers, chopped jalapeños and chillies are the perfect addition to your tortilla to create some extra oomph. For those who prefer mild tacos, sour cream and a sprinkling of cheddar cheese are a delicious way of creating your perfect crunchy beef taco.
