Power Property Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants is one of the largest independent providers of commercial property consultancy and valuation services outside of the greater Dublin area. Power Property, incorporated in 1993, has established a significant commercial property consultancy and valuation business working throughout all the regions of Ireland. All our Property Surveyors are fully qualified to provide professional services to the public and are members of recognised bodies such as the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Power Property specialise in the provision of commercial property consultancy services, including valuations, rent reviews, development appraisals, rating valuation, asset management consultancy and general property agency work including the letting and selling of property.

Power Property’s client base includes a diverse range of Local Authorities, State Agencies, Property Developers, Landlords and Tenants which are serviced from our three offices located in Galway, Limerick & Athlone.

Power Property is also a member firm of the National Property Consultants Partnership (NPCp ) Ltd which provides nationwide coverage to provide financial institutions with a national organisation to undertake valuations and professional services.

Power Property provides consultancy services and undertakes valuations for a variety of Public Bodies and Private Companies including State, Semi-State, and Corporate organisations in Galway. Our national clients include Paddy Power Betfair, Aldi, Bank of Ireland, Allied Irish Banks, Capitalflow DAC and Dairygold Co-Operative Society,

Power Property has gained extensive experience in acquiring property for a variety of commercial, industrial, retail, education, Semi-State and Public Bodies. Power Property were appointed as Joint Leasing Agents at Block 5, Parkmore East the first LEED Gold Grade A office development to be completed in Galway by Fine Grain Property. The building is 85% occupied with leading International companies in the technology and medical technology sectors being secured for the property.

Power Property also advised on the sale of Tara Hall a large site and property of 4.76 acres at Mervue from where Royal Tara operated up until recent years in Galway.

Power Property has undertaken valuation work for secured lending for a wide range of financial institutions including, Allied Irish Banks Plc, Capitalflow DAC and Bank of Ireland.

PJ Power is Managing Director of Power Property having founded the company in 1993. PJ has over 30 years experience in the Irish commercial property market and is widely respected throughout the industry. PJ’s expertise would include acting at Arbitrator in property dispute resolutions, expert witness, CPO, professional services including rent review, asset management consultancy and valuations.

Andrew Carberry Power Property

Andrew Carberry manages the Professional Services Department. Andrew is a fully qualified chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the Irish Commercial Property Market. Andrew’s expertise includes commercial agency, valuation, rating, CPO, including rent reviews and asset management consultancy.

Patrick Seymour has over 20 years, experience in the Irish Commercial Property Market. Patrick is Head of Commercial Agency and has extensive experience in acting on behalf of Public Bodies and the Private Sector along with Multinational Companies in the Irish Market. Patrick has been active in the Galway Market in recent years having negotiated leasing transactions to Mathworks at Citypoint in Galway City Centre. More recently Patrick has advised Fine Grain Property in a joint agency capacity in respect of their new LEED Gold Grade A Office Development at Parkmore East, Galway where 85% of the Building is now leased to two high profile international companies.

Claire Glynn Power Property

Claire Glynn manages our Residential Department in Galway and has extensive experience in the sale of residential and commercial property having recently marketed and sold a number of high-profile residential properties in Galway City & County. Claire has recently concluded the sale of Unit 206 Eyre Square, Galway with a sale value in excess of €1m.

Elaine Curran Power Property

Elaine Curran is responsible for the Reception and Administration of the Galway Office together with providing administration support to the various departments within Power Property.
