THE 92ND Academy Awards - the Oscars - will take place on Sunday February 9 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, and that evening Galway films buffs have a chance to test their Oscars' knowledge.
A near century of Oscars has resulted in an array of different winners, nominees, and categories: Best Pictures, Best Actors, Best Actresses, Best Directors, Best Screenplays, etc. But who won Best Actor in 1935? What films received the most nominations, but failed to take home the famous statuette?
To put your Oscars' knowledge to the test, go to the Pálás Cinema bar on Sunday February 9 for the Oscars Table Quiz. Team registration at 7pm, with the quiz starting shortly after.
