Me Auld Flower releases debut album

Connemara folk singer-songwriter's The Vaults of Consciousness, reveals songs of nostalgia and the supernatural

ME AULD Flower, the Connemara folk singer-songwriter, this week released his debut album, The Vaults of Consciousness. It features nine original songs, and contributions from a range of acclaimed Irish musicians.

Me Auld Flower (aka, BP Nally ) recorded the album in Galway, An Spidéal, and the Inagh Valley, with fellow Galway singer songwriter Eoin Dolan producing. The songs deal with themes of nostalgia and the supernatural. It was recorded with Neil O’Loghlen (Ensemble Ériú ) on double bass and A Band Called Wanda's Darren Concannon and Brendan Dolan on fiddle and brass respectively. There are also additional vocals by Eveanne Slattery, Iníon Ní Chaimpín, and David Boland.

The album is out now on Redemptress Records and will be available across all digital platforms.
