A very special fundraising afternoon in aid of the National Breast Cancer Research Institute will be held at the g Hotel on Sunday October 13. The event entitled ‘Afternoon Tea, Jazz and Magic at the g’ will feature music from jazz singer, Michelle Lally following the recent release of her new album ‘A Moment in Time’, accompanied by Pianist Colm Henry and Saxophonist Bertránd Huvé and magic from mentalist and magician, Aidan Murphy.

The event begins at 3pm, when guests will be greeted with a sparkling reception before enjoying many delicious treats from the creative culinary team at the g Hotel. Special raffles will be held throughout the afternoon with a prize for each table.

One of the highlights of the afternoon is sure to be a performance from one of the country’s leading mentalist and magician, Aidan Murphy. Aidan’s high energy style of comedy and magic has brought him to the top of the entertainment business having featured on numerous TV shows and corporate events both at home and internationally.

Aidan will preview his stage show and wow the crowd with some close-up magic. The charity would like to thank main sponsor, Tom Doyle Motors for helping to make the whole event possible. Proceeds will go to Galway-based charity the National Breast Cancer Research Institute. Tickets are €50 each and available by calling 091 863917 or emailing: [email protected]
