Winter fast approaching the onset of winter will see most of us feeling a little blue. The reduction in day light hours can make you feel less active and more tired, and many of us will have a tendency to eat more. S.A.D is a recognised form of depression that develops in the winter months and usually disappears in the spring and summer, but some scientists disagree.
