The Kingfisher Club is launching its new term of children's swimming lessons, beginning September 4 and running for eight weeks.

The Kingfisher Club has a nationally recognised programme that teaches swimming through a great mix of fun activities. The trained swim instructors will work with your child through different swim levels to give your child the best learning experience possible. The Kingfisher Swim Academy creates a safe, fun, and friendly learning environment where all children can learn at a pace that suits them. Whether your child is a beginner, improver, or an advanced level swimmer the award winning Kingfisher Swim Academy has something to help improve his/her swimming confidence and skills.
The swim instructors work with children to teach them essential water skills and get them comfortable in the water. Following these weekly sessions, your child will show major progress in the water. When your child has achieved all the elements within each stage of the swimming plan, he/she will move on to the next level. The expert swim instructors conduct individual end-of-term assessments and advise the best way forward for each child. Your child will progress through the Kingfisher Swim Academy levels to become a competent and confident swimmer in front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
Your child will improve confidence and motivation, water safety, strength and coordination, plus it is fun. All swimming teachers are fully qualified and dedicated to helping your child develop skills with a laugh, splash, and a giggle along the way.
