Six weeks to a new you

"We have developed a tailored programme which focuses on improving diet and lifestyle choices, increasing fitness, strengthening and toning your body, and creating positive habits to carry forward. This combined approach is the most effective way to get real and lasting results."

The challenge, which starts on May 25, is suited to all fitness levels, particularly those that are new or returning to fitness. It offers a variety of key supports including a detailed diet and nutritional plan, weight and body measurement, online support, home exercise workouts, and three private group BurnBox sessions per week.

"We have taken a conscious decision to limit the number of places so we can offer our challengers a very personalised level of support," Ms Henry added. "The programme is designed to build both competence and confidence and to transform not just your body but also your mindset, and therefore your results."
