Bernard Casey - online comic on stage at the Róisín

The man behind the Polish/Irish Accent and French Oral viral videos to play Dominick Street

BERNARD CASEY has been described as "a wonderfully well crafted performer with a great old school style of storytelling," by no less a comedian than Tommy Tiernan.

That should be recommendation enough to go see Casey when he plays the upstairs bar of the Róísín Dubh on Friday February 8 at 8pm. He was also the winner of the 2016 TedFest Toilet Duck award, and has supported Apres Match and Jason Byrne.

Casey's comedy is a journey through language, accents, stories and traditions. He enjoys a position as one of Ireland's top online stars. Viral videos such as the Polish/Irish Accent, the French Oral, the Irish Listening Test, and his popular character the Local Gossip, have earned him more than 45,00 subscribers and more than six million online views.

Admission is €10. Show starts at 8.30pm.
