National experts in employee financial and mental fitness will share practical advice on pensions auto-enrolment and stress management at the Wellbeing at Work breakfast event on 14 November at the Galway Clinic.
Leading financial services firm Hennelly Finance will host the annual workplace wellness breakfast while the event is sponsored by Irish Life Health. All attendees will go in the draw to win a wellness event for their workplace.
With sweeping changes to employee retirement planning due in 2019, Niall Fitzgerald, Head of Retirement Solutions at Zurich will share practical tips on pensions auto-enrolment to help companies prepare for what lies ahead.
The event will also feature national employee wellbeing expert and public speaker Sheila O’Malley with insights into managing stress in the workplace and hands-on strategies to support employees to build resilience.
