THE CUNNINGHAM family from Cashel, Connemara, have played their part in the revival sean nós dancing has enjoyed these last number of years.
Going under the title The Cunningham Sound, they will continue to champion sean nós dance and Irish music with their show Sean Nós Spectacular in the Town Hall Theatre on tonight at 9pm.
Brian, Irene, Ashline, Michael, and Lorraine - who have performed across Europe, the USA, Japan, and Korea - will sing folk songs in English and do sean nós dance and song. The special guests will be Don Stiffe and Dessie O’Halloran.
