Nissan tells us it is giving motorists an opportunity to save money by buying two new 182 cars together as part of a newly introduced ‘Car Combo’ offer which is set to change the Irish car buying market.
James McCarthy, CEO of Nissan Ireland, says the average age of cars on Irish roads is currently nine years old and many motorists want to change to newer, cleaner and more efficient cars.
"With the new Car Combo offer we have developed a new way of buying cars that enables customers to consider changing not just one car, but two,” he says.
The new offer is geared towards families, and Nissan Ireland says it presents them with a limited opportunity to buy two new cars from as little as €341 per month through PCP, or to save as much as €11,800 on the two cars when they avail of the offer without PCP or finance, depending on the specification of the cars selected.
To avail of the offer, customers must buy two new 182 Nissan passenger car models and both new cars need to be registered between July 1 and up to July 31 when the offer ends.
Customers must choose a new Nissan Qashqai or X-Trail as their first car, and then they can choose from a new Micra, Juke, Pulsar or Qashqai for their second car to create their ideal combination.
Nissan Ireland says PCP customers combining a new Qashqai 1.2XE and Micra 1.0XE as part of the Nissan Car Combo offer can buy both cars for €341 per month based on 6.9 per cent APR and a 30 per cent deposit. The cost of the two new cars is €54 more than the €290 cost per month of buying one Qashqai 1.2XE under the same PCP terms.
It also claims there are significant cash savings for customers who want to avail of the offer without using PCP or finance, depending on the spec of car they select. The highest cash saving of €11,800 can be achieved when consumers combine an X-Trail 2.0D SVE 4×4 CVT, seven seater and a Qashqai 1.6D SVE CVT with safety pack.
Nissan says the ‘Car Combo’ is a limited offer and available at participating dealers only. Terms and conditions apply.
