The hotel’s head chef Trevor Donegan has prepared a menu with lots of choice for all the family. You will find firm favourites such as chowder and bruschetta to start, for mains fish and chips or steak are popular, and the triple chocolate mixed nut brownie is not to be missed.
“It’s all about fresh ingredients sourced as locally as possible”, according to Trevor. “All of our food is homemade on site and the team and I strive to offer the very best culinary experience to our guests.”
Dinner menu is available seven nights, and food is served up to 9pm each evening. Sunday carvery is always a popular option, and the chef also specialises in healthy options for children.
