Plenty of sport and music action at The Snug Bar

Join The Snug this weekend for plenty of Six Nations action and don’t forget their pizza and pint offer for €10 is available all week.

On Thursday February 5 three-piece root group Hickory Wind take to the stage. The group from Athlone will be playing a mixture of country, bluegrass, blues, rockabilly, and Cajun music. Hickory Wind always deliver a very professional performance which is very different to your typical cover band.

Friday February 6 welcome Macey South back to The Snug Bar. This talented three piece band are known for their energetic performance. Their unique mix of traditional music and rock and roll is not to be missed. You can also expect a guest appearance from Johnny Murray with his much celebrated Seamus Moore cover.

White Mansions play Saturday February 7. They are an energetic duo from Mullingar, playing a wide range of material. Their set list spans six decades of great music with a variety of hits that will satisfy all tastes. With soaring vocal harmonies and exciting musical arrangements this two-piece band always keep the crowd entertained through the night.

DJ Jamie will also be setting the mood in the beer garden.

Finish off the weekend with The Dave L Show which kicks off the music entertainment this Sunday at 7pm. Dave has a wide variety of songs covering several decades and always delivers a crowd pleasing performance

Dave is followed by Strung Out at 9.30pm. This Galway based three-piece acoustic band play a unique blend of exceptional covers. This versatile and talented band always delivers an intriguing and hugely entertaining performance. Music lovers are in for a real treat.
