Athlone company launches National Workplace Wellbeing Day

Athlone company, Teleflex, has become the first company to sign up to a new initiative - Workplace Wellbeing Day - which will take place on Friday March 27, 2015.

The medical devices company is one of the event’s champions when it comes to workplace wellbeing - and will lead by example, encouraging and assisting other companies to participate in this new initiative.

The nationwide campaign aims to help improve employee health through promoting effective wellbeing initiatives targeted at better nutrition and physical activity in workplaces around Ireland. Companies are being asked to put a special focus on wellbeing on the day through promoting existing and new initiatives available in their workplace as well as hosting special events for staff.
