It’s never too late to get fit, and it’s certainly not too late to get fit for summer.
Sheraton Fitness has just announced details of its new fit camp for June, which promises results!
Sheraton Fitness, Athlone has come up with the perfect bootcamp.
This June the gym will be running a four-week weight loss, toning, and fitness bootcamp for members and non-members. Comprising eight morning workout classes and two seminars the bootcamp is ideal for those who find it hard to keep motivated.
The bootcamp is €99 for non-members and €50 for members. Participants will be measured, weighed in, and a body fat reading taken along with ‘before’ pictures.
You will be given a shopping list, reading material, and a private Facebook group will be set up for support.
Participants sign up for either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday morning classes from 7.30-8.15am. These 45-minute workouts are designed around the principles of metabolic conditioning. Then all you have to do is two more workouts at times that suit you, keep to the meal plan, keep motivated, and have your ‘after’ picture taken in four weeks!
There are only 10 places available in each group.
