Therapie Clinic is putting the finishing touches to its stunning new clinic at 4, Fairview Terrace, Garden Vale, Athlone (just beside Athlone Towncentre ), due to open on Monday December 12.
Therapie Clinic currently employs 150 staff at its 10 clinics across Ireland. Athlone is the 11th successful opening. The Athlone clinic will offer the most advanced and effective, medical-grade laser hair removal and also the most advanced and pioneering skincare treatments on the market; from Image facial peels, the leading American cosmeceutical skincare brand, to the most luxurious Eve Lom facials to the very latest rejuvenating and anti-ageing treatments as well as, of course, traditional beauty treatments.
Local Athlone girl Deirdre O’Dowd will manage the clinic along with Sara Dolan from Ballinasloe and Lisa Rohan, also from Athlone.
Sister company, Optilase, is Ireland's largest provider of laser eye surgery and is a 100 per cent Irish owned company. Optilase currently has state-of-the art clinics in Dublin, Galway, Longford, Cork, Waterford, Belfast, Derry, and now Athlone.
The experienced team of surgeons at Optilase has carried out over 40,000 laser eye surgery procedures, and are leaders in their field, in Ireland, Europe, and worldwide. With prices from only €495 per eye, free consultations, a price-match guarantee as well as a life-time care guarantee, it is no surprise they enjoy a 99 per cent referral rate.
Managing director Phillip McGlade commented: “We are so excited about this new opening. We’ve wanted to open in Athlone for some time and we’ve had so much encouragement from the people of Athlone and surrounding areas already. We are more than optimistic for a bright future in the town. I truly believe that by offering a five-star, superior product and service at a fair and affordable price is the key to Therapie’s success. At Optilase, we offer unrivalled pre- and post-op care and attention, patient care is our number one priority and I believe this shines through in our business.”
