Ninety-one people in Westmeath contacted the Irish Cancer Society in 2010

Some 91 people have contacted the Cancer Society’s Cancer Information Service and over €13,500 in financial aid was provided to people in Westmeath in 2010.

The Irish Cancer Society is calling on all budding Daffodil Day volunteers from Westmeath to come out and collect on Friday March 25 as the society aims to reach a target of €3.7 million to fund free nationwide patient care services.

This year’s Daffodil Day will take place across the country on Friday March 25 and the Irish Cancer Society is calling on everyone in Westmeath to come out and collect on the day at a location convenient to them.
