Elements Restaurant launches new menu

Radisson Blu Hotel Athlone is delighted to announce the launch of their new restaurant menu, providing an amazing selection of starters, main courses, and desserts prepared by their new French chef Joel Vangeneugden. The house speciality is a delicious cured smoked salmon served with a combination of horseradish and beetroot puree which just melts in the mouth.

Elements Restaurant is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the ambience with soft music and candle light. Joel has created menus for all occasions and you can choose from Early Bird for €19.50, Carvery Buffet Lunch from €10.95, Table d’hote four-course menu for €30, or if you are seeking a family or corporate day out enjoy a barbecue on the terrace overlooking the River Shannon for €15.95.

There are many delicious options to choose from on the new restaurant menu.

Starters include:

- Warm Salad of Quail Escabeche

- Tempura of Dublin Bay Prawns with vegetable noodles scented with sesame oil & soya sauce.

Main courses include:

- 8oz Fillet of Beef on a bed of crispy apples with pan roasted foie gras & calvados sauce

- Wild Mushroom, Truffle & Asparagus Risotto (vegetarian option ) with parmesan tuiles

- Pan roasted Barbary Duck Magret on a bed of braised cabbage & morello cherries.

Desserts include:

- Passion Fruit & Vanilla Panacota served with raspberry coulis

- Rhubarb & Raspberry Crumble served with honeycomb ice-cream. And there is lots more to choose from!
