Autumn/winter fashion at Zara, Athlone Towncentre

Get set for the new season at the Zara Fashion Extravaganza

Looking for inspiration on the key trends for autumn? Zara has all the answers with the arrival of its autumn/winter collection to Athlone Towncentre.

To celebrate the arrival, the Zara store at Athlone Towncentre is hosting an evening of elegance and style with their Fashion Extravaganza on Thursday October 1. Take the opportunity to see all the season’s key trends during the mini fashion shows which take place between 5pm and 7.30pm with the professional team from Catwalk Modelling Agency in Galway under the direction of the respected Mandy Maher. The shows will feature all the latest collections in ladies’, men’s and kids’ wear which are available in Athlone Towncentre.

This season sees trends including the more marked and prominent attention on the shoulders as a feature area on a feminine silhouette, while the colour black floods the autumn/winter collection with its simplicity disturbed with eye-catching feature trimmings with strass, sequins, and studs illuminating much of the collection. Also key this season are skin and fur as part of the natural collection.

Essential to any self-respecting fashionista is knowing exactly just how to put their individual stamp on the key looks of the season. As part of this fashion event, Zara will have a free personal shopper and stylist service available in store for the evening in the form of Delila Bouakkaz, noted fashion columnist and one of the West of Ireland’s most popular personal shoppers. Having worked as a fashion show stylist in the French Riviera before moving to Ireland in 2006, Delila will be on hand for customers throughout the evening to advise on the best looks from the Zara range to suit you.

The event on October 1 begins at 5pm with various mini fashion shows running up to 7.30pm. The personal shopper and style consultations are available all evening, plus there are lots of free vouchers and spot prizes available on the night.
