Gardai are investigating after the golf club in Ballinasloe was broken in to on Sunday night, between 11pm and 12 midnight.
The intruder entered the club house via a rear door.
Cash was stolen during the burglary and the club house was ransacked.
Extensive damage was caused to interior doors and the alarm system.
