This year marks the the centenary of the death of one of Ireland's greatest Olympians and Bohola native Martin Sheridan.

Thanks to generous support of Mayo County Council the Martin Sheridan Bursary Awards for 2016 are now open for applications by relevant sporting bodies and organisations.
