Hurlers will have to be at their best to lower the Banner

Following on from last weekend's epic 1-30 to 1-30 draw with Clare after extra time at Croke Park, the Galway hurlers will have to find the energy and drive to do it all again this Sunday, when they face the Banner men in the All-Ireland semi-final replay at Semple Stadium (Thurles) at 2pm.

The Tour de France time is underway at the minute, with the race being contested by 176 riders from 22 teams. The Tour is at the extreme end of the sport with 21 stages covering a mind boggling 3,351km (that’s 2200 miles, in ‘old money’). Cycling has become a very popular sport and although amateur cyclists will cover the maybe not as many miles. It is important to have the right mix of fuel on board to combat fatigue and optimise performance.

New hub for sustainable energy and fuel efficiency
