Mayo Sports Partnership and HSE West are calling on all men throughout Mayo who want to get more physically active to join a Men on the Move programme near you this autumn. Men on the Move is an eight week activity programme for men aged 30 plus with the aim to get active, have fun, and meet new people. It involves weekly or twice weekly sessions which are leader led.
