With the IRONMAN returning to Galway in just eight weeks, triathletes are struggling to squeeze yoga into their intense schedules. The classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am and began on July 24.

Heated Power Yoga to launch more classes this week

Celebrating their first year in business, proprietors Ken and Natasha Coffey have announced that Heated Power Yoga is launching four more classes per week in a new venue in Briarhill Business Park from next week.
