Social Entrepreneurs Ireland (SEI) is making €50,000 seed funding available through its Ideas Academy - to individuals who have an innovative idea to solve a particular social problem and who are looking to take the first steps from idea to action. A further €100,000 will be awarded through its Impact Programme.

Enterprise Ireland’s €750,000 Competitive Start Fund (CSF) for female entrepreneurs has just opened. Up to €50,000 in equity funding is available to a maximum of 15 successful female applicants with early stage start-up companies. Last year, one in three companies who received CSF investment from Enterprise Ireland were female-led.
