THE IRISH première of a new opera, a new children’s show, original drama, comedy, music, and art, will make up this year’s Múscailt - NUI, Galway’s annual arts festival.

The producers of the smash hit musical based on the electrifying Kevin Bacon film are thrilled to bring Footloose The Musical to the Royal Castlebar Theatre and Event Centre as part of a major 2008 tour. Hot on the heels of two triumphant West End seasons and three hugely successful UK tours, the show cut loose and onto the stage in August to kick off the UK and Ireland tour as public demand for the show continues to grow.
