At the end of the schools workshop/performances the Quartet will perform a short family recital for all the community on Friday May 8 at 6pm in the new Westport Lodge Hotel, Aughagower. The hotel will offer special reductions for meals at this event for those who wish to extend their evening out. The concert is free to the public and will include Faure’s ‘Sicilienne’, the theme from The Simpsons, and music by Tchaikovsky, Lucia Berio, and Stravinsky.
