Hi, I'm Fiona Concannon, a professional artist from Spiddal, Co. Galway. I have studied Fine Art Painting in 5 different art colleges - Limerick, Galway, Cork, Belfast and Dublin, and have always been drawn back to my home in Galway, I love everything about Galway - the landscape is stunning, the people are so warm and friendly, there are so many lovely places to eat and drink, you never know who you are going to bump into or what madness is about to take place!! I am proud and lucky to call Galway my home, as an artist, it is giving me endless inspiration and material to work from, it really is a very special place.

Fiona Concannon Artist and Martina Furlong Artist, are delighted to announce that they are taking part in this years London St Patrick's Festival, hosted by the London Government, on Sunday the 19th of March, from 12 p.m to 5.45p.m. They will have a stall at the North Terrace in Trafalgar Square, in front of the National Gallery, where they will have a wide selection of their paintings and Limited Edition Prints for sale.

Fiona Concannon BA Hons, MFA, grew up in Spiddal, Co. Galway - an area renowned for it's outstanding natural beauty. Fiona left her much loved Spiddal to finesse her craft and studied Fine Art Painting at a variety of institutions, including the Limerick School of Art and Design, GMIT, Crawford College of Art and Design, The University of Ulster ad The National College of Art and Design.
