Closure orders were served under the EC (Official Control of Foodstuffs) Regulations, 2010 on New Jasmine House restaurant, Aiden Street, Kiltimagh, Mayo on July 17 2012. The order was lifted on July 20 2012.

Closure order served on restaurant in Swinford

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland reported that seven closure orders were served on food businesses during the month of March for breaches in food safety legislation, pursuant to the FSAI Act, 1998 and the EC (Official Control of Foodstuffs) Regulations, 2010.
