Galway’s most glamorous fashion show, the Anthony Ryans Autumn Fashion Show will be held in the Ardilaun Hotel on Tuesday October 7 commencing at 7.30pm.

Plans for the long awaited upgrade of several departments in St Luke’s General Hospital were revealed earlier this week at a media briefing at the Education Centre at the hospital. The new development is expected to get underway in September of this year.

A trip to the hospital is not a pleasant experience for a child, but a project by artist Lidia de Lange and the Galway University Hospitals Arts Trust might make it a little easier.
