Westmeath County Council Cathaoirleach, Cllr Aengus O’Rourke, formally launched the Athlone Agri Show 2023 in the surrounds of The Bounty Bar & Venue recently.

The Athlone Show will take place on Michael Donoghue’s farm on Sunday, June 18, it was has been confirmed.

All candidates for the vacant hurling manager role have withdrawn from the race to replace Michael Donoghue.
