It is that time of year again when Mayo Leisure Point runs the inter-business bowling league. This league has been running for the past 20 years and has proven very successful with businesses all over Mayo competing. Its success is thanks to the businesses and teams which support it every year and to Sean Mulroy and Joe Togher who have sponsored the league since 1994.

Spring into shape with spinning and pilates classes at CLC

Spinning classes for non members at Castle Leisure Club will commence on Monday April 15 at 6.30pm and also Wednesday April 17 at 8pm. They are booked in six-week sessions for a fee of €48. They will suit both the beginner to spinning and for people who have tried it before. Spinning burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome aerobic workout that gets your heart beating faster. This spinning course will be given by qualified instructors on the original spinning bikes Schwinn. For further details on the course call Castle Leisure Club on 094 902 6749.
