Also a four bedroom semidetached residence at Sli Na Sruthan, Clybaun Road, was sold within a few days of being on the market. A three bedroom semidetached residence at Ocean Wave was disposed of, as was a three bedroom semidetached residence at Grattan Park and a four bed semidetached residence at Tara Grove, a property at Claremont Park, and two more in Ocean Wave, Salthill, with sales also in Knocknacarra at Linn Bhui all snapped up relatively swiftly. In total just over €4 million worth of residential sales have taken place in a few short weeks.
