Silent Moves is a film by Aideen Barry, Western Care’s Ridgepool Training Centre, and Scannán Technologies, hosted by Ballina Arts Centre and made possible through the IGNITE programme, funded by the Arts Council, Arts & Disability Ireland, and Mayo County Council.
