The Kilbeggan Distillery would like to welcome the entire Midlands to a great family day out. To mark its one millionth visitor Kilbeggan Distillery is hosting a day of entertainment and fun on the distillery grounds from noon until 6pm on Saturday September 10.

A large group of international tour operators and buyers visited Kilbeggan Distillery and Old Locke’s Distillery Museum on a familiarisation trip to the Midlands. The group are in Ireland to attend Meitheal 2011, the annual travel trade workshop organised by Fáilte Ireland, in conjunction with Tourism Ireland. Meitheal is one of the largest tourism trade workshops and the most important event of the Irish tourism calendar.
