Call for vaccination centre in Ballina

Fianna Fáil councillor Michael Loftus has called for a second Covid-19 vaccination centre in the county to be established in Ballina. Cllr Loftus raised the issue at the April meeting of the Ballina Municipal District, saying that it would speed up the whole process and that a town the size of Ballina, along with the north Mayo region, should have a centre.
