New gastro-pub John Keogh’s – The Lock Keeper opens in West End

A newly developed pub and restaurant called John Keogh’s – The Lock Keeper has opened in the heart of Galway in the city’s west-end. The new gastropub was developed by Matt Hall, a Galway resident who also owns MacBride’s Bar in Westport.

Eat at Massimo join prestigious Euro Toques

Eat at Massimo, the gastropub located on William Street in Galway has been accepted to the prestigious Euro Toques group of restaurants and has also received a Georgina Campbell recommendation. It is relatively rare for a gastropub to be permitted to join the renowned European Community of cooks and chefs.
