A 49-year-old woman came before Castlebar District Court this week accused of making a hoax bomb warning about a device ‘primed and ready to go off’ at Downing Street around the time of Margaret Thatcher’s death in April 2013.

Tour de Force to arrive in Westport next week

Tour de Force is a group of approximately 50 members of An Garda Síochána based in Dublin, and their friends and family, who take part in an annual sponsored cycle in aid of various local, national, and international charities.
