SCOTTISH SINGER-songwriter James Yorkston makes a welcome return to the Róisín Dubh on Sunday September 21 at 9pm, arriving on the crest of a wave, following rave reviews for his latest album, The Cellardyke Recording and Wassailing Society.

THE LAST time Owen Pallet played the Róisín Dubh in 2009, he was operating under the name Final Fantasy. These days he goes under his birth name.

VILLAGERS, THE band centred around singer-songwriter Conor J O’Brien, will release a new album and single next month and play a concert in Salthill in March.
