"Being able to daydream about and plan trips are something I’m looking forward to doing after the lockdown. I was supposed to be in London last week visiting my sister and going to see two shows with her in the West End. A friend and I were considering a visit to Naples and Palermo earlier this year and thought May would be an ideal time to visit. Looking forward to mini adventures abroad with friends and family.

Kai style ramen

Ramen is really just a hearty broth pimped up with noodles, toppings and garnishes, all served in a deep comforting bowl. Kai cooks the pork chops on the bone for flavour and to keep the meat from drying out. You will find kecap manis in any Asian supermarket — it is an Indonesian soy sauce, slightly thicker and sweeter than regular soy. If not a few spoons of soy mixed with a spoon of treacle will do in its place.

The players and officials have the trivial matters out of the way and will have their match day suits ready for the off and press commitments done and dusted. For them now it's all about focused minds and mentally preparing themselves for the biggest day of their footballing lives.
