Sexual Health West (formerly AIDS West) will celebrate the annual World AIDS Day Concert once again on Thursday next December 1.

AIDS West are to offer free confidential rapid HIV Testing on the last Tuesday of each month at the Teach Solais Centre, Merchants Road, Galway starting Tuesday 31 January.

World AIDS Day, taking place on Thursday December 1, is a day people all over the world come together to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS, encourage progress in prevention, treatment, and care, and break down the stigma and discrimination still surrounding the condition.
